PNP admission: what is a physical exam?

1. 100 meters (women and men)

2. 1000 meter flat test (women and men)

Candidates will then line up in a sequential order of arrival, in front of the check-in desk, to book the appropriate time.

3. Abdominal flexion test (women)
The test of abdominal flexion lasts one minute. The first step is to lie down with your arms, legs and feet together at the ankles. Next, you will need to bend your body until you touch the tops of your feet with your hands and then return to the starting position.
If you bend your legs, grab them or help yourself by touching the floor instead of the tops of your feet, you will be disqualified.
4. Horizontal bar push-up test (men)
The candidate has only one opportunity to take this test. It consists of doing push-ups on a fixed horizontal bar until the chin passes the level of the bar and you return to the starting position.
In this test, the candidate is restricted from swinging the body or bending or crossing the legs. Instead, you’ll need to keep your arms fully extended and bend them as you lift your body.
5. 25 meter swimming test (women and men)
In this test, the candidate must swimming 25 meters freestyle. The exam It will be taken in batches of six, in roll order. Candidates will appear for the test in all black bathing suits.
As for the attire, you should show up in an all black bathing suit. When it’s your turn, be aware that the game will be played with two strikes, a ready call, and a whistle sound. Once you reach the finish line, don’t forget to touch the wall; exit and stay in the appropriate lane.

Total cost of admission process
