The call for lifeguards from Bariloche is open for the 2022/2023 season

Until October 28, 2022, the call for applications for lifeguard positions for the summer season 2022/2023 in San Carlos de Bariloche will be open. The call for the 2022/2023 season will be public and open to all applicants. This was announced by the municipality in a message.

The order of merit and income will be established for those who meet all the requirements, pass the relevant exams, prove a residence of at least 2 years in this city and who have served in the immediately preceding season, proving good performance in the book. of the rescuers.

Resolution No. 3565-I-2022 established the procedure, conditions and entry requirements to be met by lifeguard applicants for the call to obtain the corresponding authorization to carry out the said activity throughout the ejido of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche in the 2022/2023 summer season.

The deadlines and requirements are detailed below:

Registration from 10/17/22 to 10/28/22. Go in person to the Administrative Coordination Unit of the Human Resources Department (Moreno 1089, near Ruiz Moreno) with the following documentation:

Express by telegram addressed to the MSCB Human Resources Department your decision to continue to provide the service in the 2022/2023 season (in the case of providing services in the immediately preceding season).

Autobiography. With updated contact information, phone and email address.

Photocopy of ID card.

Lifeguard Title or Analytical Certificate.

Criminal record certificate issued by the PNR.

CBU Certificate

Original and photocopy of the rescue book

A COVID vaccination card accrediting all doses administered and must contain the complete vaccination schedule.

Professional exam from 24.10.22 to 17.11.22. Be sure to present yourself on the dates and places specified by the Occupational Health Department, which is dependent on the Human Resources Department. In case of absence, the request is considered withdrawn. No new dates will be set.

Perform a psychophysical examination.

Accredits a satisfactory opinion of functional capacity outlined for the position. Determining the rental is mandatory.

The Department of Occupational Medicine may request any other examination that is related to the purpose of the examination.

A physical fitness test (revalidation) will be done consisting of:

Swimming test of 500 meters in a pool in a time of 10 minutes. 25 meters in 20 seconds.

Rescue drill 50 meters pulling a victim into the swimming pool. The test is not exclusive but will be taken into consideration while ranking the merits.

Swimming test of 500 meters continuously, with no maximum time, in a lake for determination.

Present the lifeguard’s license, mandatory.

Accredit a mandatory certificate of “cardiac fitness” issued by a cardiologist. Failure to submit the required documentation of a mandatory nature will prevent the recertification exam from being held.

Incoming Campus List on 11/27/22. The date depends on the result of the pre-employment tests.

Administrative Deed of Registration 11/27/22 to 11/30/22 The Administrative Deed of Appointment and Initial Beach Designation will be performed – This assignment will be initial and will depend on the need for services determined by the Deputy Secretary of Civil Defense .

Psychophysical examination:

Candidates must in all cases and without exception undergo the relevant medical examinations to certify the psychophysical fitness required for beach guard operations; must comply with the following points, according to Decision No. 37/2010 of the Management of Occupational Risks. –

Orthopedic Clinical Review.

Psychodiagnostic assessment

Electrocardiogram

Rx Chest, Rx Spine, Rx Knees, Rx Hips

Laboratory analysis: Complete blood count, blood sugar, uremia, creatinine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, urine, test for psychoactive substances (cannabinoids, cocaine, benzodiazepines)

The assessment of the results of the above medical examinations will be the duty of the person in charge of the Department of Occupational Medicine.

In all cases and if necessary, the Department of Occupational Medicine may request examinations and/or tests complementary to those described above, as well as audiometry, visual acuity and others.

Accreditation for psychophysical fitness is exclusive to admission to the Lifeguard campus.
