A vaccine fair is coming for girls and boys from Ciudad Juarez

A major vaccine fair will be held in Ciudad Juarez on Wednesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 22, the Ministry of Social Welfare announced.

Biologics against pneumococci, rotavirus, hexavalent, triple viral (SRP) and triple bacterial (DPT) will be administered in the sessions, in addition to doses against Covid-19 for those over 18 years of age.

The conference will begin at the state level from Tuesday 20 to Friday 22 September. It will include the main cities of the state, such as Chihuahua, Cuautemoc, Delicias, Nuevo Casas Grandes and Hidalgo del Parral, in addition to Juárez.

The Secretary of Social Welfare will participate in the special program with the Roadrunner Brigade, the Institute of Security and Social Services for Public Employees (Issste), the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Secretary of State for Health.

In Ciudad Juarez, the Covid-19 vaccine will be from the Cansino brand for those over 18 who miss the first dose or booster.

The locations will be the Las Anitas Baseball Stadium and Convention Center from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The requirements are the registration format and its Unique Population Register Key (CURP).

Pneumococcal, rotavirus, hexavalent, SRP and DPT vaccines will also be administered to children up to 5 years of age who must present a vaccination record.

Chihuahua

In Chihuahua City, activities will be from Tuesday, September 20 to Friday, September 23 at three locations: the Baseball Stadium, the Convention Center and the Faculty of Physical Education.

Second doses will be given against Covid-19 by Pfizer’s pediatric pharmacist for girls and boys aged 7 to 11 and this is scheduled as follows: Tuesday 20 September for those under 11, Wednesday 21 for those aged 10, Thursday 22 for those aged 9 and on Friday 23 for those under 8 and 7.

For vaccination, the registration form, TIN of the minor, birth certificate and official identity document of the father, mother or guardian must be presented.

In the case of children under 5 years of age who need a vaccine such as pneumococcal, totavirus, hexavalent, SRP and DPT, they must present a vaccination card where they can check the missing doses.

Cuautemoc

For this city, the day will be from Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 September. For the coronavirus vaccine, Pfizer’s dose will be delivered to 12- to 17-year-old stragglers and Cansino to those who miss the first dose or booster.

The point of attention will be the Tecnológico de Cuauhtémoc. On Tuesday, the first Cansino boost will be applied to people with last names from “A” to “L”, and on Wednesday, the 21st from “M” to “Z”. While on Thursday the 22nd, it will be applied to latecomers from 12 to 17 years and on all these days pneumococcal, rotavirus, hexavalent SRP and DPT vaccines will be administered, from 08:00 to 14:00.

At Delicias, the day will be from Tuesday, September 20 to Thursday, September 22 at the Leyes de Reforma Gym.

For Nuevo Casas Grandes, application will be from Tuesday, September 20 to Thursday, September 22 at the Convention Center, where pneumococcal, rotavirus, hexavalent, SRP and DPT vaccines will be administered.

For laggards over the age of 18 who require the first dose or booster of the Covid-19 vaccine, the biological Cansino will be administered in the following order: Tuesday 20 for paternal surnames from “A” to “M” and Wednesday 21 from ” N” to “Z”.

Thursday the 22nd will be dedicated to underserved minors ages 12 to 17 who will receive the Pfizer brand vaccine.

Hidalgo del Parral

Residents of Hidalgo del Parral will be based at UACH facilities where they will be able to receive vaccines against pneumococcal, rotavirus, hexavalent, SRP and DPT, as well as against Covid-19.

Latecomers over the age of 18 will be able to get the Cansino biologic on Tuesday, the 20th, for those whose father’s last name begins with “A” through “Z” and on Wednesday, the 21st, from “M” through “Z.” On Thursday the 22nd for first or second dose laggards aged 12 to 17 who will receive the Pfizer dose.
