Several celebrities from the national stage gathered in what was considered to be “wedding of the year” between Ethel Pozo and Julian Alexander. The couple got married civilly in Pachacamac on September 10 and those in attendance showed off their best looks.
For this reason, La República spoke to two famous personalities in the Peruvian fashion industry, image consultant Javier Rojo and designer Jirko Sivirich (who made the dress for the groom) to analyze each of the images of the characters who were invited to the wedding of the host of “America Today”.
What did they say about friend Ethel Pozo?
Jurko Sivirich: “It’s practically a bridal design (referring to Ethel), I would put less volume on it because I wasn’t that tall or a very thin person, and I feel like there’s a lot of cleavage. I would have removed the volume and covered the bust a little more.”
Xavier Red: “Ethel with her plunging neckline, princess of the waist. It’s a good day dress. Automatically (the dress) shows me Ethel’s style, which is sensual but romantic at the same time. Perfect makeup and divine hair. What if, I would take off the sleeves, which generated a lot of volume in the arms and did not style it so much.

Jurko Sivirich: “He was wearing an Italian cut suit, I made it for him, so it would be good for people to have their say. I saw him very well.”
Xavier Red: “The perfect model suit and shoes for Julián. When it is well fitted, there are no problems with the suit. It suits him well. The midnight blue color was perfect”.

Natalia Vertiz, one of the best dressed?
Xavier Red: “Natalie Vertiz was without a doubt one of the most elegant of the evening. This princess dress, the different layers of tulle and those white details is perfect. Her hair and makeup too, everything about her is perfect.
Jurko Sivirich: “Simply, it was spectacular, from what I could see in a photo or video, it was one of the best dressed.

Christian Dominguez
Jurko Sivirich: “He’s a bit bored, I’d put a happier tie on him, if the midnight blue suit is already classic and serious to match his wife (Pamela Franco), he’d put a more impressive tie on him.”
Xavier Red: “Cristian Dominguez wore a blue suit and a white shirt, it was good. what i knowYo is that as a man you have to consider different things like unbuttoning at a given time.

Janet Barbosa as always?
Jurko Sivirich: “I saw Jeanette’s (Barboza) dress classic but elegant, a little lighter would be perfect. A better haircut would have been done to pull the look together better.
Xavier Red: “She was wearing a pretty sober dress. I didn’t see much of a different dress than the ones she wears on the show, but it does change the texture. She has a good figure, I would tie her hair back so it shows more back. It went unnoticed.”
Brunella Horna
Xavier Red: “The color of the dress is very good, it suits her skin tone and eyes very well, but the design of the dress is a bit old fashioned, we’ve seen this model a few times already.”
Jurko Sivirich: “I loved the dress, the fit, the color, it looked great on her, the hair could have been better and it was perfect.”

Jurko Sivirich: “I loved that it ventured into a light color and that it was without a tie, I just feel that the trousers were very tight on the thigh.”
Xavier Red: “The trousers were too tight and the shirt not appropriate for the occasion, however it’s a look about him that we don’t usually see him in a suit.”

Jurko Sivirich: “I loved the color, the plunging neckline, it’s the perfect balance with the other more covered one. Good hair, the look was perfect for her.’
Xavier Red: “Surprisingly, Pamela looks great in this red dress that flatters her figure so well. A divine hairstyle for the occasion. But out of everyone we’ve seen, Pamela is the best dressed.”

Jurko Sivirich: “Gizella would take the shine off a bit as we usually see her with glitter on her show. I was going to tone down the glitter and appliqués, especially since the wedding was during the day.
Xavier Red: “The texture was very firm, Gisela has a good figure. This one didn’t style it as much with the upright drop. It was for her to make the event shine.”
